2 Bedroom Ocean Oasis at the Century with Indoor Pool!

This unit will spoil you with glorious ocean and bay views from the 19th & 20th floor balconies. Watch the incredible Assawoman Bay sunsets from the balcony of your private primary bedroom. Upstairs you will find a beautifully updated living area before heading out to relax on the private ocean front balcony. Enjoy meals in the well-appointed kitchen with chair seating for 6 as well as 3 counter stools. The 2nd level bedroom sleeps 4 and boosts floor to ceiling bay view windows. A full bath is located directly outside the bedroom door. Both bedrooms offer ceiling fans and room darkening curtains for a good night sleep. When you're ready for sand in your toes step off the massive Century 1 sundeck and hit the beach!

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.

* Pools are open seasonally. Dates on availability are determined by each individual building. Coast Resort is not responsible and cannot guarantee availability at any time.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
