Esta hermosa y espaciosa, cabaña de madera roja se sienta en increíble Island Lake cerca de 2 millas fuera del lado de la comunidad no incorporada de Orange Springs. Ubicado en una gran cantidad perfecta lago privado, la propiedad consta de la gran casa principal, una espaciosa casa de huéspedes, garaje, muelle, casa del barco, y patio. Grandes vistas al lago, robles viejos con musgo español, y una brisa del lago describen este entorno pintoresco. Completamente renovado en 2011, este maravilloso refugio tiene una amplia cocina con estufa de gas; gastronómicas, de vida y de la familia habitaciones con vistas al lago; nuevos baños; servicio de lavandería; mobiliario bien equipadas; y más. La casa principal tiene capacidad para 7 Si alquila la casa de invitados opcional (2 personas), la propiedad puede acomodar un total de 9. Great Location w/Private Beach All Amenities For Peaceful Getaway

Location was quite. Water toys included kids had fun time canoeing/swimming on private beach. Will stay here again.

The house is nice and the view/lake/backyard is wonderful. People should know that the house has a horrible smell for the hot water only. The smell of rotten eggs is so strong it smells up the entire house when the hot water is on. The host said that is how all the water in the area smells, but it was only the hot. We had to go somewhere else in the area to shower and there was not a smell with the hot water. It seemed to be a hot water heater issue and not the area's water. Also, the house is left unlocked when you check in. We arrived late and it made us uncomfortable to walk into an unlocked house in the dark.

Birthday weekend

I celebrated my 70th with family and that live in Island Lake! It’s a great location for me and it’s a beautiful setting. The house is clean comfortable and inviting. The process of renting couldn’t have been easier. Thank you for a perfect weekend!

Great End of Summer Vacation

My family and I are frequent visitors to the Redwood Cottage and always have a great time. The weather was great and the fishing right off the dock was amazing. Ed has always been a great host. We have booked with him for at least 15 years.

Beautiful remote lake property

Our stay was great! The backyard is beautiful and we enjoyed canoeing and fishing! House was great and we all enjoyed it. Our one negative was the smell of the water was really bad so bring plenty of your own! We would stay again!

Relax and Decompose

The lake house is something of a fairytale. Hugh trees with Spanish moss, an adorable home, and a spectacular view right on the lake. It’s located in the country so you can relax and get a piece of mind.

Amazing family getaway!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the lake house! The house had everything we needed and then some! Ed was amazing to work with and communicated immediately. We most definitely will be back!!! The kids old and young enjoyed the lake so much. Thank you again for the wonderful vacation!!!

Pictures don't do this justice!

We had an amazing time at the lakefront house. The host literally thought of everything for any renter, and the photos don't do the place justice. Plenty of space, clean, and an amazing view. Our pup really loved the fenced yard, too. We definitely plan to come back again in the future!

Perfect getaway

This is the second time I have rented from this owner. It is set perfectly on a lake and made us feel like we were on a true vacation from everything. The neighbors aren't close, but close enough that you don't feel too isolated. The home was clean and had everything provided that we needed. I hope to be back at some point!

Breath Taking

The home is even more beautiful in person. The view of the lake is gorgeous. The home is large enough to spread out and still feel cozy. The yard was where we spent most of our time hanging by the firepit and kayaking was very enjoyable. Plenty of room for parking since we had adult children meeting us there. Thank you for the use of your home.
