Booked with Hotels.com last November and paid in full so was embarrassed to get there and find the hotel had not been paid! Also the description of the room did not match the room we were given - all the fault of hotels.com! The lady checking us in could not have been nicer. We ate in the restaurant - staff lovely, food delicious. Nice continental breakfast in the morning. Would love to stay at this hotel again but would book direct. Will not use hotels.com again!!
