Beautiful hotel in a perfect location to walk into Oban. Beautiful decor and excellent staff and service. The Porcini restaurant and the included breakfast was wonderful. Only matter was our room and bathroom were fairly small. But overall it was high calibre lodging!

Every single staff person was friendly, helpful and worked hard to make my our stay wonderful. Breakfasts and dinner were excellent. Even the takeaway breakfast they supplied for our early departure was perfect. Our room #11 was spotless and plenty of room (contrary to other reviews). We did hear a lot of water noise from an adjacent bathroom which sounded like it was directly behind our headboard. Other than that, this was truly a perfect 3 nights.

Boutique hotel in great location

Great location with easy parking - we loved the modern decor and signature boutique rooms - although a little smaller than hoped. Comfortable large bed and great shower. Excellent breakfast.

Come if you want to pull an all nighter.

I only stayed one night, so can only speak to my experience in room 11. 11. I advise to never stay in room 11:00. Basically it's like sleeping in the shower of the adjacent room. 12. Not especially noisy neighbors, but every move, every gargle, every sentence, every sneeze was amplified by my headboard being 6 in from their bathroom. Number 11 should never have been a room. It was simply impossible to sleep. The next morning they apparently lost my breakfast slip and so there was none. I was very happy to leave.
