Just a 10-minute scenic drive along Surf Highway 45 from New Plymouth, this property is a short stroll from the popular swimming beach and river. The studio is situated in a quiet position next to the Oakura 4 Square, restaurants, cafes, and specialty shops, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.



Upon arrival, guests will be greeted by the owner's friendly little dog, always eager for a pat. This cute studio, located at the bottom of the owner's home, features a separate entrance, ensuring privacy. It is a cost-effective option well-equipped for your holiday needs, with an abundance of bird life visible from the window.
