Entertainment



The lower level den is the after-dark hub of Laurel Grove. The 75" Hisense Roku TV anchors the room, and a full pool table with chalk and a complete set of balls means friendly competitions are built into the trip. A gaming console and DVD player round out the indoor fun, so rainy days are never a problem.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked well enough to handle real cooking. Think holiday roasts, big breakfasts, and everything in between. You'll find a full knife block, a mixer, a blender, a crockpot, a coffee maker, and a complete range of pots, pans, baking sheets, and roasting pans. Dishwasher included. Dishes, glasses, and flatware are provided per guest, along with wine glasses and a corkscrew for evening pours. A kids' eating and drink set is available, and a baby gate can be set up for households with little ones navigating the stairs.



Technology



Three TVs are spread across the cabin: a 40" Sony with Roku in the main level living room, a 75" Hisense Roku in the lower level den, and a 32" Panasonic with a DVD player in the master loft. All TVs come with remotes. WiFi is available throughout the home.



Laundry



A full-size washer and dryer are available on site for longer stays or active adventures that lead to muddy gear.



Outdoor



The back of the home is where evenings get memorable. Gather around the wood fire pit under a sky full of stars, fire up the propane grill for dinner, or slip into the hot tub and let the mountain air do the rest. Throw blankets on every couch mean the transition from outside to in stays just as comfortable.



Guest Access:

Laurel Grove sits at the end of Laurel Drive inside the Youghigheny Mountain Resort community. Once you enter Yough Estates, make the first left onto Laurel Drive - the cabin is the last house on the road. Look for the bear statue with the red bandana at the top of the driveway. GPS is known to cause issues in this area, so follow the written directions provided at booking. The host is available to assist with any questions during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

- Pets are welcome at Laurel Grove (there is a $75 per pet fee)

- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

- The driveway is gravel and narrow - 4WD is recommended, especially in winter; a snow shovel and road salt are provided on site

- There are 6 steps up to the front entry, 13 steps up to the master loft, and 13 steps down to the lower level - this home is not suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations

- HOA rules apply through Youghiogheny Mountain Resort. Please observe community quiet hours and guidelines

- Trash dumpster is located on the right side of Yock Blvd, the main community road

- Extra parking beyond the 4-car driveway is available on Yock Blvd; small and medium trailers are welcome, but RV parking is not permitted
