This location was incredible, and the owner went above and beyond! There were goodies for our dog to use, the hot tub was super easy to use and so fun, we watched a ton of movies and kitchen was fully useable and well stocked. The fireplace was lovely too! The host communicated with us and answered any questions promptly. The location was gorgeous too, and so close to Yosemite! We did a quick day trip to the park, it was amazing. We would love to stay here again in the future!!

Had the most amazing relaxing weekend! Amazing hosts, great communication!! Their home is comfy, quiet and relaxing. Sitting in the yard with wild turkey gobbling, throwing ball with my sweet pup was my fav spot! Exactly what I needed. Love this place and will be back!!

Amazing location and hot tub! This place was spotless and made us feel very at home. Incredible deck with a huge hot tub and fenced-in yard for the pup. Highly recommend! Don't skip out on the host recommendation for Reimer's candy and ice cream. Fantastic!.

The house was perfect! Stunning sunset view from the hot tub. The house was cozy and fully stocked with all kitchen items and local coffee. Very quiet neighborhood close to Bass Lake and an hour from Yosemite. We hiked, we dined, we enjoyed ourselves!

Excellent place to stay, the owner had thought of every detail needed for guests. The hot tub and grill were a bonus, in excellent condition. The beds were super comfortable. House was very clean, and well organized. Host was very welcoming. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay near Yosemite

We had an amazing time at this property! The house was super clean, thoughtfully set up, and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is in a good location far off from the highway to be quiet and close enough to make traveling to town, bass lake or the national park convenient. The property was well kept and the owners were very quick to respond to messages.

Amazing home

The house is great for families, we traveled with our fur babies and it was the perfect house for my whole family, the patio has a covered yard perfect for my dog to run with no leash. That made our vacations even better.

Yosemite get away

There wasn't one thing that I would change about this place. We loved every minute there and enjoyed our stay immensely. It is perfect location to Yosemite and the town is close by where everything you could need is available. Also very close proximity to Bass Lake. You can not go wrong by choosing this as your place to stay. I have rented several VRBOs but none compared to this.

Mountain Getaway

Lovely property. Beautiful deck… Spent a lot of time chatting out there with a glass of wine. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck while watching a beautiful thunderstorm move across the sky. Very comfortable beds. Property was just as advertised. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very cute chalet

My husband and I enjoyed bringing in the New Years at Bonanza Chalet. The house was very clean and organized and had everything we needed and more. Things had labels which I really appreciated . Loved the outside porch area with the jacuzzi. Had a nice inclosed yard for our dog. We enjoyed using the wood stove and hanging out in the living room. It’s also a great location. Oakhurst is a nice town and close to bass lake and places for hiking. Even was a wine tasting place close by we could bring our dog to. I would rent this place again.

Nice weekend getaways

This is a very nice place to enjoy a work free, peaceful weekend, with its wonderful amenities (Wifi, Jacuzzi...). The kitchen is well prepared for all you need. We are very pleased for all the considerations the owner puts on this rental property and thoroughly enjoyed our getaways. We also made the trips to Yosemite during the stay and hiked on some trails that we wanted to hike but never got a chance. The property is conveniently located for the Yosemite trip as it only takes about 15 min to reach to the south gate.

Cozy and comfy

We are two couples in our 60s who stayed four nights with our mini golden-doodle 1 year old puppy. The place is simple but very well stocked and well furnished. Very large and completely screened in backyard. Kitchen outfitted with good quality plates, glasses and pots and pans. Very clean at check-in and check-out process was easy and painless. Close to South gate of Yosemite and ten minutes or so to dog friendly hiking. Also, the stars were smazing.

Perfect getaway

Bonanza Chalet provided us with one of the best rental experiences we have had. The hosts were extremely thoughtful and provided the perfect additional touches to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Yosemite!

Excellent experience

It is close to Bass Lake which was so nice. It was a pretty close distance to Yosemite. The experience was so nice after a long day of hiking. We were able to go in the hot tub during sunset and stargaze. What a nice place!
