The room was not bed, but the sheets didnt smell fresh and the coffee pot had been used and not cleaned. The door would not lock. The bathroom seat was terrible! I tried to call the front desk and it wouldnt even dial it.

The building right by the hotel was unsightly. Sausage three days in a row – I would’ve liked bacon one of those days. Tables at the breakfast area we’re not cleaned off promptly so we had to clean our own table. Mostly good though for my stay.

Convenient, Comfortable Stay Before Exploring Yosemite We stayed at the Oakhurst Inn on our way from Los Angeles to Yosemite and it turned out to be a great stopover before heading into the park the next morning. The location was convenient, easy to find, and made for a perfect place to rest and recharge after a long drive. We booked a room with two queen beds, which was a comfortable fit for our family of five (our kids are 10, 4, and 2). The room was clean, tidy, and ready when we arrived. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The property also had a nice outdoor pool area, which looked well-kept, though it was too chilly for us to swim since our stay was during the first week of October. Still, it was a nice touch that would be great for warmer months. One thing we especially appreciated was the same-day booking availability. As travelers who don’t always have each stop planned ahead, being able to find a clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price on short notice is a big plus. Overall, the Oakhurst Inn provided a pleasant stay at a great value. We’d gladly stay here again on a future trip through the Yosemite area.

The breakfast area is small, so most seating is outside. The breakfast chairs are a mismatch of fabric and lawn chairs and the upholstered ones definitely need cleaning. The outside tables should be cleaned too. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is clean and the employees are friendly.

The staff were very hospitable. The room was quite comfortable. The only negative (which didn't amount to much) was a dresser drawer which wouldn't remain completely closed. I would recommend the Inn to others.

This is a friendly good property. It’s not fancy. But it’s very clean. Easy parking. Nice free breakfast. Reasonable price . Great location Off highway. Deposit required at check in after paying in full. That deposit was high at $100 for just one night. So keep that in mind when saving on room rate .
