This newly renovated mid-century ranch house sits on over 30,000 sqft of land, shaded with mature oaks. Brand new and fully furnished with ample of space for entertaining and relaxing. Located only 10 minutes from downtown Ojai and 3 minutes from Ojai Valley Inn. This Ojai oasis is ideally situated between the Pacific Ocean, Lake Casitas, and Santa Barbara. The 2,000 sqft Main House is accompanied by a separate Guest Cottage and Work Studio.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a desk. Housekeeping is available on request.
