Including a detached garage, 2 car carport, large storage shed, level driveway, basketball court & spacious flat back yard with great privacy. It's perfect for someone relocating to Oak Ridge who is in-between buying and selling home and doesn't want to rent a small apartment with no privacy. Or for someone who is working in Oak Ridge temporarily. This is a quiet neighborhood on a quaint street minutes from stores, restaurants, and schools.

This sanitary, clean home comes fully furnished with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Home offers refinished hardwood floors and new LVP flooring in other areas. This is an adorable and historic home conveniently located in Oak Ridge. The home is well furnished including everything we needed in the kitchen. There were plenty of pillows/blankets and a washer/dryer for convenience. The home is clean, cute, and on a nice quiet street. We walked a few places while there.

Nice place to gather with another couple, much better than sharing a hotel. It had everything we needed and then some. Our only disappointment was due to the old school spring mattress in the master bedroom. The loud squeaky sounds made for a restless first night. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. I will still recommend this to others staying in the area.
