Loved this little home and its location! Owner was very communicative and helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations and things to do! Our only complaint is the not so comfortable beds and tiny shower. However, nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay!

Small Pleasures is nothing short of a peaceful oasis with idyllic views and a porch you will not want to leave. Everything was incredibly clean and the home fully stocked with anything you will need for the most comfortable stay. Leaving was the only difficult part.

What a perfect escape! We had the greatest stay in Oak Island. The host was very responsive. The home was impeccably appointed, and the location was perfect for us! It is a nice, quiet street with perfect access to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed waking up every morning to the beautiful sunrise with our coffee on the porch! We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The house was perfect for the two of us. It was cozy and the owners have made great use of the limited space. Perfect beach views and access. The fireplace heater was nice to have as we were there during some cooler weather. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!!

Wonderful location , just over the dune and right on the ocean. It was clean and well-stocked with beach accessories for fun. The beds are very comfortable!

What an adorable little place right on the beach! While it is small, they did an amazing job maximizing the space, and it lacked nothing! Cannot ask for a more convenient place to walk right out onto the beach. Both the house and the beach were clean and quiet.

Small Pleasures is the cutest!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Small Pleasures. While it does live up to its name, they did an amazing job maximizing the space. You cannot beat the location! We loved the covered porch and being able to walk down the stairs and right onto the beach. All instructions provided were clear and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this cute little old-fashioned beachfront cottage. The vaulted ceilings made it seem so much bigger and more open. The wood on the ceilings was also a great decorative idea. Perfect amount of space for my husband and me (two active seniors who love the beach).

Perfect for 2 or a small family!

Loved everything about this quaint cottage. Perfectly renovated keeping some old character while also providing all of your modern day conveniences. Location and beach access were our favorite features along with the classic charm of this cottage. Will be back!
