Four CCTVs with basic cable, DVD player, wireless internet access. Executive style home with multiple covered decks and open decks with furniture with access from any room in the house to one or the other. Reverse floor plan with main living area on upper floor, additional living on 1st floor with wet bar/wine fridge and full-size fridge. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water and charcoal grill. This home has great ocean and Intracoastal views, the dock on the waterway has a gazebo, floating dock and fish cleaning station and just a short walk to the beach! Boat launch ten blocks at 56th West beach drive. Deep water so a boat can be moored at all times.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player.
