Four Flat screen TV's and wireless internet access. Carpet and ceiling fans throughout, dining seating for two plus four more at the bar. Covered porch with table and chairs, seasonal community pool and rinse off, community grilling area, two assigned covered parking spaces. Conveniently located within walking distance of shops, grocery store and 3/4 block to beach access.

The Ocean Walk pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that a dog may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.
