This vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs per reservation year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

Ocean view, Yaupon Dunes condo located on the second floor with a covered balcony. Condo community amenities include a shared elevator, seasonal pool, hot tub, bike racks, park grill and picnic area. There is also a designated Yaupon Dunes walkway to the beach located across the street with a gazebo. The master suite features a walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom also has a designated bathroom that adjoins both the bedroom and hall. Three TV's (1 65-inch, 2 55-inch) with over 150 channels, Roku TV, three Blu-ray players and high-speed wireless internet. Guests will enjoy the quality construction and furnishings. Hardwood floors in living area, luxury vinyl in the bedrooms and ceramic tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. The open kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and quality cookware. The condo is conveniently located across the street from the Oak Island Pier and its adjoining restaurants. Conveniently located to other island amenities. Two parking passes are provided with each rental. Both covered and uncovered parking is available at the condo community.

The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.

Location is the best!

The condo was very nice and updated. The only recommendations I have are to add at least 1 taller toilet for us older people with bad knees and a firmer mattress. I have hip and shoulder issues and ended up sleeping on the couch every night we were there, but at least, it was comfy. (I tried the mattress in the spare bedroom, but it was soft too.) The kitchen and walk-in shower are beautiful. We enjoyed time spent on the balcony as well. The elevator was a huge plus!

Nice condo but needs to be cleaned.

The floors were covered in sand and dog hair. The vacuum needs to be replaced. I’m a neat freak so this really bothered me.

The rental was nice but wasn't very clean when we got there. Sheets had dog hair on them floors were dirty, rugs were stained with pet urine,thankfully we took our on linens. My family and I swept and mopped floors when we arrived.

First Visit to Oak Island

We had a great stay. Our place was well equipped and just as pictured. I loved the spacious kitchen and all the cooking necessities. The location is great as well! We enjoyed our week and look forward to another visit!
