Ahhh… It is Time to Relax. Listen & you will hear, “The Ocean is Calling & I must Go”.



Part of Relaxing is just playing & having fun. This cottage has lots of options to do just that for kids & adults alike. Outside, enjoy the ambiance of a Fire Pit any time of year. Ride the golf cart to the beach. Let the kiddies play in a pool just their size. The Beach Access is a short distance from the Cottage. Locally you can even rent Bicycles & Golf Carts. There are lots of Beach Toys to entertain the kids at the water’s edge. You will find Beach Chairs & an Umbrella for you to Relax with your toes in the sand. When you return, rinse off the salt in the Outdoor Shower (Hot/Cold). Choose your menu to include something grilled because there’s nothing like a meal cooked on a Charcoal Grill. Enjoy that meal Al Fresco on the Picnic Table (also a spot to play one of many games provided) & enjoy reading one of the Beach Reads with your coffee or glass of wine on the Front Porch.



Inside is for Relaxing & having Fun too! A large coffee table is ideal for a puzzle or a game. If you’re a Gamer, play one of the provided games on the PlayStation. A Large Screen Smart TV will give you access to streaming your favorite Movies or TV Shows.



The Fully Stocked Kitchen is open to the Living & Dining areas. The Kitchen Bar gives the cook someone to entertain them or another spot to play a game. Small Appliances include: Hand Mixer, Crock Pot, Toaster, Blender, Brew & Keurig Coffee Pots.



This cottage sleeps 6 in the 3 Bedrooms & an additional 2 on the Air Mattress. The Primary Bedroom (King) has a Smart TV & an EnSuite with a Double Vanity & a Tub/Shower Combination. # 2 (Queen) & #3 (Queen) share a Hall Bath with a Tub/Shower Combination. All the Bedrooms have Closets & Dressers to unpack. Washer & Dryer are provided.

Golf Cart Will be available for use starting May 1st



The Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Please visit the towns site for details on how and where to secure your parking.

This house is perfect and in a great location! We had the best time. Kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable and the house was clean. The golf cart was an added bonus. We’ll definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The golf cart was key! The beds were comfy and the location to the beach was excellent because it was a straight shot to beach access. We had a few issues that the property manager offered to take care of in a timely manner. We would stay again! Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time here. Before our arrival, the property manager informed us that the AC unit was acting up. They fixed it but then it stopped working again. The house definitely got warm but the property manager responded as soon as possible with window AC units for all the rooms in order to keep us cool for the duration of our stay (it was very hot out so we were extremely grateful). Can’t express how great the communication was with the property manager. Great location and the golf cart made the whole experience that much better!

Great OKI house!

We love visiting OKI and decided on this house for a quick 4 day weekend. Loved the location - quiet, but not far from the action. The golf cart came in very handy! And the resident parking pass meant you could park in any of the paid spots free of charge. It would have been nice to have one more bedroom with a TV so my son could play videogames in his own room (he brought his xbox, even tho there was a playstation!). Otherwise, we would definitely stay again! Who knows - we may be back before the summer is over! P.S. Don't forget to get donuts from Scoops! A fan fav!

Fine beach house

Master suite a little dated- carpet and bed in master needs replaced. House could use a little table on the back patio. Overall, a nice place and only a 5 min bike ride/12 min walk to the beach. House was spotless and accurately described in listing.

This was a great central location, not far from beach. Home was clean and comfortable for two of us. Not sure the living room would accommodate 6 adults. Carpeting needs to be replaced as it is a tripping hazard
