"Down The Shore" is a gorgeous, recently updated four-bedroom, three bath home with modern appliances and a well-appointed kitchen. Best of all, the private pool is the perfect place to cool off in style and even offers optional heating or cooling. It features an inverted floor plan with the main living areas and kitchen on the top floor where the panoramic ocean views are amazing. Relax on the covered porches after a day of fun at the beach, the upper and lower front porches offer unobstructed ocean views. There is also a screened in back porch on the top floor perfect for early morning coffee or late-night games.

It is close to the Ocean Crest fishing pier in the convenient East Beach area of Oak Island, with direct beach access. East Beach is super family-friendly with the conveniences of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping just a few miles away.

Guests should note that an additional fee is required for each day a guest requests pool heating or cooling. Guest must request the pool heating or cooling and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.

For those guests who have allergies, please note that while pets are not allowed for guest reservations, a hypo-allergenic dog may be present during owner stays.
