Paperback book library, two covered porches with rockers and furniture (ocean side has gate), enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold. Wide, fully paved driveway with plenty of space for parking many cars. Convenient access to the second bridge. Air conditioning is mini split with individual room controls.

Though pets are not allowed, please note that dogs and cats may be present during an owner stay for those guests who are allergic to pets.
