The house was perfect. The most well equipped home we’ve stayed in. Only a one minute walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again :)

Fun weekend!

Great property. We stayed for a long weekend as a group of 14 friends. One block from the beach, nice pool, and lots of updated finishes. Would definitely stay again!

Fall vacation

Our family of 11 was very comfortable in this house! Plenty of room and the number of king beds was perfect. Location was great. We hope to be back soon.

We had a great family vacation at Y-Knot - perfect location, close to the beach, house layout was exactly what our family needed, and we really enjoyed the pool. It was really hot during our time there, so we loved that the pool was shaded in the afternoon - it gave us a break from the sun and heat on the beach all day! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, the kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything we needed - TONS of dishes, glassware and silverware! We would definitely visit again.

Excellent Property

Very close to the beach/pier, Great decks and large house, well maintained and decorated. Pool is wonderful and the gas grill a plus! Close to a few great restaurants and golf cart ride away from the main thoroughfare where more restaurants, grocery stores, seafood stores, ice cream and souvenir stores! Oak Island is a hidden gem, for now anyway!

Excellent Beach Vacation

We had a great time at this property and almost everything we needed was provided- 4 beach chairs, sand toys, beach wagon for hauling things back and forth, coffee machine (regular and keurig options), blender, all kitchen supplies, family games and things for kids, high chair, and more! The property was clean and just 2 houses down from the beach. Highly recommend going to KoKo Cabanas, the coffee shop, and pier just right around the corner. Excellent location and excellent house.

Perfect Location

The house was clean, very nice furniture and had one of the best kitchens with ample adjacent dining. Pool is great but best in the morning and early afternoon before the sun goes behind the house. Best thing about the house was how easy it was to walk to the beach, pier, and restaurants. No need to lug a days worth of beach stuff, very easy to walk back and get something or use the restroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

The property was perfect. Well appointed. Plenty of space. Pool was a game changer! We will never rent a house again without a pool. Decks were great when it rained. Kitchen was well stocked. The griddle was perfect for batches and batches of French toast. Beach access was easy. Would stay again!!!

Property was exactly as advertised and in a fabulous location. Short walk to the beach and pier. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. As a matter of fact I don’t believe I have ever stayed in a rental so we’ll stocked. We had 14 in our family group and everyone loved it. We all would recommend this property. Dana

great stay

very nice, clean property, with lots of amenities, close to the beach. rental company checked in daily via text and was responsive if something was needed. Oak island itself is a great place. About only negative is that the pool is on the east side of the house so it does not get much sun in the afternoon. That made it a bit too cold to use this time of year. Great other than that
