Sliding glass door and covered balcony with furniture. Adjacent to the walkway to the beach. Great ocean views! Walkway to beach, seasonal pool access, grilling area, each unit has outside shower for rinsing off. Across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club and its restaurant.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the home owner's association's recommendation.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a phone. Limited housekeeping is available.

Good location

Perfect location to restaurants and beach. Only things we did not like were the showers would not drain and there was hair in the shower drain when we arrived. Also, the towels are rougher than a corn cob.

Beautiful ocean view!

This was our first visit to Caswell Beach, Oak Island! We were very surprised to find this beach so private & low key & this was just what we were looking for! We’ve been to many beaches from the Carolina’s to Florida & this beach is one of the most relaxing & tranquil. Our favorite aspect of the condo was the large deck that extended from the living room to the bedroom. The panoramic view of the ocean was beautiful! We will definitely return next year if we can reserve the condo through our VRBO host!

Very comfortable and a pleasant stay

Beachfront Relaxation

My husband and I stayed here for a long birthday weekend. We love the condo - especially the large balcony and view of the beach. Bed is very comfortable and you can wake up to a beach view!! The location down the beach was perfect - restaurants and shopping were a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay and look to come back again!!
