A Point of View-Unbelievable custom home with wonderful ocean views. This home is close to beach-approximately 150 steps away or a 1-minute walk. This home is very spacious and ready for your family to relax in. This home boast 1 K bedroom, 2 Q bedrooms, and 1 room with a two sets of bunk beds (T/D). With 4 full bathrooms, getting ready for dinner when you come off the beach will be no problem at all. There is plenty of outside living as will with the decks on either side.

This home is nestled between the twisted Live Oak trees that gives you an extra sense of privacy and a taste of natural Oak Island. With all the conveniences of home, this beautiful get away will make you want to stay longer. Don't forget the outside shower. Always a hit among the kids as who doesn't like to take a shower outside!!! It is located on a quiet street just past the Yaupon section of Oak Island on SE 75th. From there you have easy access on and off the island by way of the Oak Island Bridge. Walk to the Oak Island Pier that is only 1/4 mile away. Have a blast fishing on the pier, playing volleyball below on the beach, or simply get a bite to eat. It's all convenient to A Point of View.

This house was beautiful & well-appointed. We were very comfortable & happy with the accommodations. The house was a very, very short walk to the beach - 1 min. is accurate. The house is in a neighborhood, 1 neighborhood street back from beach entrance so the walk was very quick & easy with no traffic. Because of the surrounding houses & sand dunes, view of the ocean from the house is limited, but you can see it in places & you can hear the ocean as well. Screened in porch was a nice place for morning coffee & hanging out during rain. There was both an upstairs & downstairs washer/dryer. All the rooms & bathrooms were in top shape. Very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Point of View Beach Vacation

Very nice, except the high steps...I'm a disabled Vet and I had difficulty climbing them so many times. The owner also needs to replace the rockers on the porch and increase the number of them. Because of the steps however, I'll have to seek other arrangements for our next trip.
