This is a perfect name for this gorgeous duplex. Completely renovated, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. The backyard will put your mind at ease in this quiet neighbor with a pool, but keep your family and friends close enough to the beach and all the Oak Island has to offer. This home has its own entrance. Enjoy your privacy in your home away from home beach house. The backyard will be your oasis with a pool.

Note: Pool is a shared pool with Anchor s Down, it is a great way to make new friends at the beach. We are sure Anchors Down will leave you wanting to drop " Anchor" year after year.

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to come back again next year! I noticed previous reviews noted there weren't blinds but they have since added some which we appreciated, the property was exactly as pictured and being close to the beach with a pool/firepit with 3 bedrooms was so awesome. Thank you to the hosts and hope we can plan to come back next year soon!

Oak Island stay

Nice property for the most part. Good location, pool was nice and check in and out was easy. Needs curtains in living area, 3 of the chairs by the pool were ripped and unusable, and I had to tighten up the backdoor handle because it was about to fall off. The sink in the main bathroom was also backed up if you ran the water too long. It could be a great rental if a little more attention to detail was taken by whoever is in charge of the place.

Comfortable and good location

The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay mostly but we missed a few things. There were no curtens on the back door window or living room windows for privacy reasons. That would have been nice. But over all a decent rental property
