Great location with fantastic views. Older and well-worn, but comfortable and clean. Only disappointments were with the grill (rusty and located in middle of overgrown backyard), leaking upstairs shower, and fan on back deck did not work).

Great weekend, relaxing quiet location with access to beach and inlet
Very convenient to the beach access across the street and we made full use of the private dock on the inlet for fishing and paddle boarding. The screened in porch on the back of the house was lovely. We also appreciated the beach/sand play area and outdoor grill in the back of the house. Would definitely stay here again.
