Dog friendly with a fenced-in yard, this vacation rental welcomes up to two dogs per reservation year-round. Call the OIA office with the age and breed of all canine guests to request approval for more than two dogs.

Constructed in 2019, A Pawsitive Attitude offers guests a hot tub, covered porch and open sun deck with furniture. Other outdoor amenities include an enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, fenced-in rear yard, hammock and gas grill. Watch the sunsets from the front deck while sitting in your personal hot tub.

Four TV’s (one 70-inch and three 32-inch) with extended cable, wireless internet access. Large open floor plan with ocean views from most living spaces, tile flooring, Ms. Pac Man machine, gas stove and dryer.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Wonderful vacation home

Beautiful home everything you need. Love the neighborhood, sunsets and view. So easy to get to the beach. Being pet friendly was so nice. Want to thank the owners for sharing their home for a wonderful family vacation pet friendly too!

Great place!

Pawsitive Attitude is one of the best beach stays we've had. The house is very clean and incredibly well appointed, especially for those with pets. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and it wasn't too crowded. We are big fans and have already talked about booking another stay.

Beautiful property, convenient to beach with ocean views! Fronts a green space with turtles and birds! Best outfitted home we have ever rented for both people and dogs! Would love to come back soon.

Lovely and had everything we needed

The house was fabulous for our family of 4. An easy walk to the beach, but also a fantastic property and backyard itself. We were there for spring break so having a cozy home with lots of things to do on the colder days was great. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking for ourselves too. We would love to comeback!
