Monkeytyme - Wonderful, completely remodeled, spectacular oceanfront home with a private oceanfront POOL. The location of this house is near the Oak Island Pier and perfect for walking to restaurants. This 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath home has been completely updated with a new kitchen, new flooring, new paint, new bathrooms, and a large oceanfront deck. Four of the bedrooms are upstairs in the main house, while the 5th bedroom is under the main house and must be accessed by going outside (not accessible from inside the main house). This 5th bedroom space offers a great place for the kids to hangout while the adults spend time together upstairs. The 5th bedroom is also great for anyone who just prefers a lot of privacy. You can walk to restaurants, the pier, play volleyball at one of the city owned courts just down from this home. Conveniently located near the bridge to get on and off the island to even more fun attractions like golf, shopping, historic Southport and much more. This home has great views that are just breathtaking. No expense has been spared with this home so you will be able to relax in style. This home is ready for any family to come and relax for a wonderful vacation and some downtime. See you soon!!!

You’re paying for the location

You’re paying for the location and a place to sleep. The house lacks much else. Call management as soon as you arrive when your pool and hot tub is not clean as well as any other concerns! No palm trees in the front and no furniture staging, cockroaches are free! Can include pictures upon request!
