We love hosting dogs! Up to two well-behaved pups are welcome with prior approval and a nightly pet fee. The fully fenced yard makes it easy for them to play while you relax by the firepit. Just reach out before booking so we can make sure everything’s ready for your furry travel companions.

Important:

For your safety, this property is equipped with one exterior security camera. Camera 1 is positioned at the front door, facing the driveway and front yard. This camera has outward views only and does not capture interior spaces. They activate recording of video and sound when triggered by motion.

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire home, including the spacious backyard and all indoor amenities.

Please note: There are a few owners' closets throughout the home that remain locked and are not accessible to guests.

We are delighted to have you visit us at in New River Gorge! Please adhere to the following rules during your stay:

-Neighborhood Dogs: You may occasionally hear barking from our neighbor's dog, which usually quiets down quickly. We want you to be aware of this possibility, and we appreciate your understanding if it happens.

The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking (or within 24 hours for stays checking in within the next 7 days) to avoid cancellation:

- Sign the rental agreement.
- Submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID matching the name on the reservation.

Please note:

Your door access code will not be activated until the signed rental agreement is on file.
Once these items are received, your booking will be fully confirmed.

- Pricing does vary based on group size, and whether you are bringing pets.
- No parties, smoking, drugs, or excessive noise.
- Pet fees and rules apply. Contact us before booking with pets.
- Violations subject to fees, damages, costs, or expenses.
- We highly recommend trip insurance as we do not provide refunds outside of our cancellation policy. Weather, power outages, family emergencies, sudden illness, natural disaster, etc., do not qualify for a refund. Trip insurance is very affordable and will typically cost less than 10% of your trip cost.
