Very close to bus depot and boat jetty!

The hotel staff are incredible. At front desk they allowed us an early check in after our overnight bus trip. The dining room staff were very friendly and accommodating too. The hotel is well maintained, clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds and good sized washrooms. The hotel has good wifi, free bikes and provide hats for the boat ride from the jetty one block away. The hotel is walking distance from the bus depot and close to boat jetty. Sunrise is lovely from rooftop dining room! A lovely hotel - was hard to leave!

overall my stay was very enjoyable. for the price i found everything very acceptable. room, quite large, clean, and well presented. can't complain about anything except the free pushbike seats. i don't know whose backside they were designed for, certainly not mine. the free push bikes are a nice touch though. wi fi was poor at times. not the fault of the hotel. this hotel is very good value for a budget hotel.

Nice hotel, spoiled by horrible breakfast

Room was spacious and comfortable; bathroom was nice. Location was good, within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants (try Dosa King if you like Indian food). Wi-fi was spotty at best, but this seems typical for Myanmar. Breakfast was unbelievably bad — fried rice (cold), local noodles (hot), toast (stale), and fried eggs (cold, greasy, and undercooked). That was about it, except for one selection of local fruit of really poor quality (always tasteless, frequently not ripe). It’s a shame management obviously doesn’t care about the food they serve; lots of other earlier reviews mentioned problems with the breakfast, but nothing has been done to address these. It’s a shame, as otherwise this would be an excellent choice if you’re visiting Inle Lake.

Great location near the piers where the boat trips to the lake depart. Really kind and helpfull staff. The bed was very big and comfortable. The only thing to improve would be coffee quality at breakfast, everything else was perfect!

Very clean hotel near the lake entrance.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in Southeast Asia for the category. Staff are amazing and go out of their way to help guests. The lady manager is extremely pleasant and helpful, she even dropped me to bus station in her own car when I was running late! The hotel is newly opened; is very clean with large bathroom. Everything in this hotel speaks of quality! Fabulous breakfast with Burmese and western food and fresh fruits. Only thing lacking was proper coffee :) instead of instant Nestle coffee that seems so pervasive in Myanmar. The expansive view of the city and the Lake Inle from the 6th floor is a real treat while enjoying complimentary breakfast! Wish we had more days to spend in this beautiful place and gorgeous hotel! Thank you staff for making our stay at your hotel so enjoyable! We will be back.

Service was impeccable, hotel is half a block from jetty and 2 blocks from good indian restaurants. Lacks some charm, but it is functional.

Outstanding Hotel

Really excellent hotel. Excellent value for money, My room was on the 5th floor and had a great view. Rooms were very clean and extremely comfortable. Staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble to help organise activities or make recommendations. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the roof was fantastic. For the price I couldn't recommend more highly. Great location close to everything in the town. If you're not staying on the lake itself, this is where I'd stay in town.

Great stay

Very good welcoming. The lady (look alike the responsible)speak a very good English. She helped us organised our stay providing us advice on good place and booking bus/ boat trip...the staff was very kind. Hotel is very clean. Breakfast on the roof top with an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay.
