It’s the staff at a hotel / resort that make a good stay, great. To everyone at The Balé… from Beny the head chef, to Yanick the GM, the amazing drivers that ran us around Nusa Dua (and helped negotiate best entry into the beach clubs) through to the owner himself making introductions, we would recommend The Balé to anyone wanting an intimate, enjoyable adults-only experience in Nusa Dua. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Balé. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The property itself is truly amazing. The villas are very clean and spacious with your own private pool, not to mention a full sized covered day bed. The Balé has their own vehicle/driver, for which they are very accommodating if you need an airport transfer or ride within the Nusa Dua area. Upon arrival the staff will assist you in down loading an app enabling everything to be at your finger tip for arranging room service, tours, transport, spa treatments, or to contact reception if away from the villas. A big thank you to all for making our stay very memorable.

Best holiday ever. It was so relaxing and all of our needs were met. The spa, which we used a lot, was superb. The ladies so friendly, attentive and excellent at their job.
