It was fresh & clean. The TV worked for a while but when we tried to turn it on again nothing happened. I think the batteries had died. We had a disability room & a large walk in shower which was great except when the tiles were wet as the water sprayed everywhere then my husband was slipping. Not very safe & quite treacherous for a disabled person,
