The management was very friendly, and the hotel was clean and quiet. I was travelling with my husband and the room was very small (read: tough to open our luggage in the room as there was basically zero floorspace). The hotel did offer to upgrade us to a bigger room mid stay, but it really felt like the room we were offered from the start was way too small for what was being charged; and moving rooms mid business trip is impractical (we didn't end up moving). That being said breakfast was healthy and quality and the staff were 5star friendly.

Bathroom Cigarette Smell

The bathroom smelt terribly of cigarette smoke, I'm not sure why, I think it came in from the air conditioning/fan in there, but it would not leave no matter what. I kept the door closed and the smell did not linger into the room so I was thankful for that.

The hotel wasn't very clean, there was a lot of dust under my bed and spider webs on lamps. My bigger issue was with reception, because on Saturday morning, there was no one when I wanted to check out so I had to just left keys there, because after waiting 20 minutes I had to go to catch a train.

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, etwas versteckt aber klein und fein. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnug und das Bett bequem. Auch ein grosser TV war vorhanden. Der Chef (sehr freundlich) hat den Checkin gleich selber gemacht und auch jeden Morgen ein feines Frühstück nach unserem Gusto bereitgestellt. Bei der Abreise hat uns der Chef sogar noch zum Bahnhof gefahren. So mussten wir nicht zu Fuss gehen. Super Service
