Casa Ortobene is a comfortable apartment located in a very quiet residential area, located on the first and last floor, equipped with many amenities such as air conditioning, a comfortable terrace with breathtaking views, coffee machine, kettle and bathtub. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, equipped with water purifier so you do not have to buy and always have a drinkable water without limits, stove with electric hob and a small electric oven. The living room offers a beautiful view of Mount Ortobene, from which you can exit on the terrace and enjoy the view over the valley below. The room is spacious and well furnished, wall-mounted wardrobe and a private balcony overlooking the hill. The bathroom is well equipped and has a jacuzzi. The comfort is completed by a small library from which you can read a book while sisegsegsegsega glass of red wine comfortably seated on the terrace. Free parking on the street always available. Great as a starting point to explore the Barbaricina wonders, such as Monte Ortobene, the museums of Nuoro or the Gulf of Orosei about 40 minutes drive.
