Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Das Hotel ist einfach aber sauber und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Personal ist ist sehr freundlich und hilsbereit und stehen einem mit Rat und Tat jund Service ederzeit zur Seite. Die Lage ist toll. Vom Hotelrestaurant blickt man direkt in eine schöne kleine Gasse mit bunten Geschäften und aufs Meer. Nur 100 Meter und man steht schon am Strand. Das Essen im Hotel ist günstig und superlecker, besonders das frische Seafood hat es mir angetan.

When we arrived we were put in an upgraded room which we had to leave again later on because the staff made a mistake with our booking, cause we only booked the economy room. They didn’t even apologised and said it was our fault. We had to move in a room with no ac, there was just a fan which was not written in the info. Also we had no own bathroom, which also wasn’t written down. It was just an info for the upgraded room that there is an own bathroom which we didn’t see, cause the more expensive room wasn’t an option for us. They offered us to stay in the upgraded room for the double price. When we told them no, they were surprised. Also there was written that we will get free water, but they ment water on arrival, which also was not explicit written in the info. The breakfast was included and we were able to choose what we wanted. I asked three days in a row for a few more pancakes instead of a fruit plate. They answered me with the sentence: But there are already pancakes on your plate (There was exactly one), so I gave up. We were also laughed at when we arrived at the hostel and we weren’t comfortable. So the hostel in general was nice, but the service was horrible. But we arrived the beach within a one minute walk. There were many restaurants and shopping opportunities, even motorcycle rentals and atms.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the owner and their fantastic team. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. They were always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Their passion for hospitality truly shone through in every interaction. The employees were equally remarkable, always friendly, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was preparing delicious meals at the on-site restaurant or offering helpful tips for exploring the local area, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident at every turn. The accommodations themselves were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect retreat after a day of adventure. Overall, my experience at this hotel surpassed all expectations. I left feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and already planning my next visit. I can't recommend this place highly enough to anyone looking for a truly exceptional hospitality experience.

Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, i camerieri sono molto gentili e disponibili, la scelta di piatti non è ampia ma decisamente molto buona. Squisita anche la colazione. Le camere invece risultano umide e non molto curate: durante il mio soggiorno ho dovuto cambiare stanza per l'odore di muffa. Inoltre c'è stata un'incomprensione con la struttura (non so se per colpa di Expedia o della struttura stessa) la quale ha aumentato il prezzo del pacchetto ad appena due giorni dal mio arrivo. Dal momento che avevo prenotato un mese prima, Expedia mi ha rimborsato questa differenza.
