This is my favorite Toyoko Inn. The staff are all very nice, the buffet breakfast is excellent and not crowded in the morning, the room is clean and quiet!

急用のため予定外で沼津に一泊することになり、予約してすぐチェックインした。 ロケーションは沼津駅もコンビニや居酒屋等も徒歩数分以内と便利。 部屋は喫煙シングルを予約したけどツインにしてくれてラッキー。 アメニティに化粧水や乳液等もあって、部屋にはシャンプーや歯ブラシ等も。 ワックスまであれば文句なしだったけどね。 室内に加湿器があったのはプラス。 廊下の声や音が少し聞こえたのはマイナス。 TVでYouTubeやTVerを観れるのは最近スタンダードになっているのでOK。 朝食はシンプルだけどビジホとしてはスタンダードかな。 ゴハンが残ったのを温めたような感じだったのは大きなマイナス。 チェックイン、チェックアウトはほぼマシンでできてスムーズ。 約7千円という料金を含めた全体のバランスは及第点で全然悪くないと思うので、3/5。 大浴場とワックスがあれば4/5にしたかな。

非常に不満で不快です。 客室や、朝食には何も不満はありませんが、立体駐車場の不具合に対する対応に不満です。 朝。設備に不具合があり、車が出せなくなり、タクシー代を後で精算するので後ほと車を取りに来て欲しいとの説明でした。用事を済ませて車を取りに行くと高速代は保証出来ないとの事。どこに行くかも聞かれてないし、高速代は対象外とも説明を受けてません。対応したスタッフも悪びれる様子もなく当然の様な対応でした。車を取りに戻る為に帰宅に３時間も余計な時間が掛かってます。機械の故障は仕方ないのですが、その後の対応に不満です。 金額の問題ではありません。悪びれもしないで対応されたのが、不満です。 あきれて怒る気にもなりませんでした。 二度と利用しません。 ちなみに朝に対応して頂いたスタッフの対応はとても良かったです。駐車場が治った連絡ももらい安心できました。 長文ですみません。
