308 in Nitta Condos, 2 weeks. The condo itself is large, open and bright. Two bedrooms are a good size, with their own bathroom, and another bathroom beside the kitchen. The furnishings are nice, and the hard beds were fine for a couple of weeks. You can hear the sound of the waves clearly, so pleasant as we fell asleep. The grounds are well kept, and the pool was clean and very quiet. Out the back gate and across the road took you to the excellent beach.The property is operated by Vacasa, who have many units in this complex. We found their lack of supplied amenities, response time to issues and overall professionalism disappointing. You get no entry instructions until 24 hours before you arrive. You could be on the plane and not sure if you even have a place to check in to. When you arrive, there are no instructions whatsoever. There is a QR code on the wall that leads to a non-existent website. The kitchen hardware was of the lowest quality. No laundry facilities, and outside of a few bottles of water in the fridge, the cupboards were bare. The area rug in the living room was filthy, and the sliding doors are unlockable. Given the cost, having only a single garbage bag and a single set of towels for a 2 week stay was miserly. A tiny wooden table and two uncomfortable chairs were the only balcony furniture. A number of guests complained about the same issues.We would happily go back to the area, but would not rent from Vacasa again.
