The Villa
Perched at the top levels of a premier resort, this stunning 3-bedroom Suite delivers over 4,200 square feet of pure luxury with sweeping ocean views from nearly every room. Designed for those seeking top-tier comfort and privacy, the suite features three spacious bedrooms and four spa-style bathrooms, complete with marble showers and jetted tubs.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for cooking or entertaining, and the expansive living and dining areas provide your group with plenty of space to relax. Step outside to a massive oceanfront terrace, where you’ll find a private Jacuzzi, top-of-the-line BBQ grill, and open-air seating ideal for soaking up the sun by day or stargazing at night. ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN OPTION: This plan is OPTIONAL at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12

Photos are representative of this-sized unit, but each unit will obviously vary in exact location and view orientation. I believe La Estancia has 9 of these Suites, but all are similar in their incredible room, luxury and features.

La Estancia is on the beach and within walking distance to the city of Bucerias, and a cab or Uber to PV proper. The beach area is very clean, with smooth sand and plenty of space to walk in the water and swim if you prefer. We just returned from here after a trip in July and everyone had a great time. Unfortunately, we cannot use this week at Christmas.
