Horrible hospitality I would fire the front desk staff!. Ladies working the front desk were rude and not friendly. Asked her about a possible upgrade since im a Expedia VIP she said it does not say anywhere that I was a VIP so you will get a standard room that you paid for. Wanted to try this place since I frequent Vallarta. Never again!

excellent location. friendly help

Convenient to the malacon and shopping

Great

Location was great, service at restaurant was a big hit or miss, overall it was our first time there and i would go back

Front desk clerks were very helpful, the staff manger to cleaning staff was wonderful

Cleanliness and convenient por many activities

This was PV's first big hotel. A lot of history here. Top location all around. Fabulous balcony with ocean view and the continuous wonderful sound of the waves when you keep the screened sliding door open. In summer, with AC on and door closed, you'll miss that soothing sound. The only negative was the morning restaurant staff, that continuously showed obvious preference to large groups and folks ordering off the menu, nearly ignoring those of us getting the simple "free" breakfast that comes with the room. Catch 22, gave low tip for rudeness, and we usually over tip.

Really enjoyed the pool and hangout area by the beach.

Ocean ,hotel, room, staff, view, clean, remodeled but rustic still..... great 8 nights

The rooms facing the alley have to deal with a lot of noise. I asked about changing rooms; they said the following morning. Following morning, they had another room but it was not much better. Otherwise, it was a relaxing Hotel, rooms were nice and clean

Great place to stay for the price! The restaurant in the hotel is delicious, and you can't beat being right next to the start of the malecon. The front desk staff are lacking in customer service skills.

Very comfortable, friendly, great location, attractive, good breakfast, good value. Weak wifi, a bit noisy.

The location was great located on the boardwalk..

Everyone at the hotel is so helpful. The restuarant has very good food and is reasonably priced. 2 Happy Hours a day is great. The only thing is the pool area which could be better to accomodate people. More tables and umbrellas. Even before pandemic. Arrangement of chairs and tables could be improved. Overall this is a great hotel.

Wonderful 'traditional ' hotel. Wluld recommend and will stay in the future

Clean and private well kept up and friendly staff and service

The location could NOT be better. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is extremely clean. My room was small, but the value was very good and the location was great, as I mentioned. If you are 5 star hotel type of person, this wouldn't be for you. But if you want a clean, convenient, friendly place to stay with great value, it would be perfect.

This is not a Hotel but rather delivers a resort feel and experience. Perfect location and amenities.
