Upon opening the door to this Nuevo Nayarit beachfront condo, you will be drawn straight to the terrace to take in the magnificent ocean view. Right after that, you’ll find yourself heading down to the beach to feel the sand and water under your feet. Other amenities you will enjoy include 2 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a gym, lush gardens, and beach palapas. The condo is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable stay….fully equipped kitchen, linens, television with access to Netflix, blackout curtains in both bedrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans, towels and bedding, washer and dryer, iron and board, a dedicated office with printer in case you need to work, drawers and closet space. This condo serves as our home for part of the year and has a warmth and character lacking in many rentals. The complex has 24 hour security, is gated and quiet. There are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and a small mall and grocery store within a 15 minute walk.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an ironing board, and a printer.
