The Space:

Soft daylight drifts across the space as you step into a calm, breezy corner of Las Jarretaderas. The sound of nearby water sets an easy rhythm for slow mornings and relaxed evenings, inviting you to unwind at your own pace. With the beach just steps away and a tranquil residential atmosphere surrounding you, the setting feels made for unhurried coastal living.



Sleeping arrangements

The unit accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, 3 beds, and 1 bath. Bed linens, cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage help create restful, quiet nights after days spent by the water. A paid crib is available upon request for families traveling with children.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare meals whenever inspiration strikes. Whether assembling a quick breakfast before heading to the beach or settling in for a relaxed dinner at the dining table, the space includes the essentials you need for everyday cooking. The layout supports easy, comfortable use throughout your stay.



Living and workspace

After time outdoors, return to the apartment to recharge with TV or take advantage of the dedicated workspace located in a room with a door. Wifi keeps you connected, while central air conditioning and a ceiling fan help maintain a comfortable indoor climate. A private entrance adds convenience and privacy throughout your stay.



Outdoor living and shared amenities

Just outside, you have access to a shared outdoor pool heated and available all year, open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Shared beach access places you right next to a body of water, offering gentle shoreline walks and peaceful moments along the waterfront. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area make it easy to enjoy fresh air at any time of day. Free parking on premises and free street parking keep arrivals simple, and elevator access supports smooth movement throughout the building. The home is set on a single level with no stairs.



Bathroom and essentials

The bathroom includes hot water and a hair dryer, with additional comforts such as an in-unit free washer and free dryer, hangers, and an iron. Long term stays are allowed, making the property suitable for extended visits.



Location and arrivals

Situated within the Kite & Terra development in the Terra tower, the unit offers a garden view and a waterfront environment that characterizes this peaceful part of Nuevo Vallarta. Upon arrival, the host greets you in person, supported by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation’s operations and customer service team to ensure a smooth, comfortable stay from start to finish.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations.



Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions.



If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival.



*Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm.



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.



Other Things to Note:

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay.



The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 2 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 dlls per person per night. *



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.



-The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.

-Pets are not allowed



-Amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance.

-The maintenance and administration of the condominium's common areas do not depend on the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. Terra is located in a development in which it has its own facilities, so you can not make use of other facilities that do not correspond to the Terra tower.



-Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



Electricity consumption:



Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.



IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.

Your comfort and satisfaction is very important to us, so in no way will your stay be affected by these small changes.
