The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

This single level condo accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom, 2 beds, and 1 bath. Bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, a safe, an iron, and a mosquito net support comfortable everyday living, and air conditioning and heating help maintain an easy indoor climate. A washer is available for added convenience, and long term stays are allowed for 28 days or more.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is a practical place to prepare meals with space to cook your own dishes and a dining table for gathering. Whether you make a simple breakfast before heading out or unwind with a quiet dinner indoors, the layout supports a relaxed pace. A refrigerator, microwave, cooking basics, and a drip coffee maker are included, along with wine glasses and a blender for easy mealtime routines.



Outdoor living

Your private patio or balcony provides a welcoming spot to sit outside, enjoy the air, or share an outdoor meal at the furnished dining area. The property also includes a backyard - an open space on the grounds that brings more room to spend time outdoors. A private BBQ grill adds another option for dining, and with garden, pool, ocean, and beach surroundings woven into the setting, the coastal atmosphere stays close at hand. Beach access is nearby, and guests have free resort access, including a pool.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no.__4__ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.

-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 2 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
