The Space:

Salt air, steady sunshine, and the sound of the ocean below - this is the pace of life at this ocean-view condo in Flamingos, set within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta along Mexico's Pacific coast. With five bedrooms, five baths, and space for up to 12, it's built for groups who want room to breathe, spread out, and make the most of every day.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms and six beds accommodate up to 12 guests, with a maximum capacity of 13 when the group includes a minor under 15, in accordance with condominium rules. All guests - including children and babies - count toward the occupancy limit. Each bedroom is outfitted with room-darkening shades and clothing storage, giving every guest a quiet, comfortable space to wind down after full days in the sun.

 

Outdoor living

The outdoor areas are where this condo really opens up. A private balcony frames sweeping views of the ocean and mountains, while the outdoor pool and private hot tub offer two very different ways to spend an afternoon. Beach access is steps away, and beach essentials - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are on hand so shoreline outings come together without a second thought. The fully fenced private backyard brings everything together: outdoor furniture, a dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with sink for open-air meals. Sun loungers let you linger at your own pace, and resort access extends the outdoor experience even further.

 

Entertainment and recreation

When the day shifts indoors, the movie theater gives the group a proper cinema experience. The ping pong table and pool table are always ready for a round, and the TV keeps everyone settled for quieter evenings. For those who like to stay active, exercise equipment includes an elliptical, free weights, a stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench - with a shared gym in the building available for additional space to move.

 

Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is stocked and ready for group cooking. A refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and wine glasses are all in place, along with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and a dining table. Whether it's a casual breakfast before the beach or a full evening meal at home with the whole group, the setup makes it easy to cook and gather.

 

Comfort and convenience

Central air conditioning keeps the interior cool year-round. The single level home layout means no stairs inside the residence, and a building elevator adds ease of access for everyone. A dedicated workspace - in a room with a door - keeps remote work practical, supported by Wifi. A free in-unit washer and dryer let you pack light, while free parking garage on premises and free street parking give the group practical flexibility on arrivals and outings. Self check-in and 24-hour building staff ensure smooth access at any hour, and long term stays are welcome.

 

Location

Flamingos sits within Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta, right along Banderas Bay on Mexico's Pacific coast. A humid-tropical climate averages around 28°C year-round - warm, consistent, and carried by steady ocean breezes. The area has everything a coastal group trip needs, with the added calm of a residential enclave that doesn't sacrifice access or atmosphere.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._9_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.
