Would not recommend. Location was not very good, and it is very noisy and you can hear all the street noise. The carpets were stained and dirty, double beds were tiny - only slightly bigger than twin size beds and felt very cheap. The toilet paper felt like sandpaper, there was no fridge, and the sheets weren’t very clean or good. The only good thing was the soft towels. However, they only give you one hand towel, so we called asking for 2 more face/hand towels. The front desk asked if we had any in the room. We said there was one, and she then said she’ll see if they have any, hung up, and then someone showed up with only one more. It is cheaper to pay the hotel directly than to book online, and it was the first time a hotel would not give us a king bed instead of 2 double beds even though there were rooms available. Apparently there is a price difference, even though the rooms are exactly the same except for the bed, and they won’t give you a king bed unless you want to pay more. All the other hotels we’ve stayed at always offer whatever we want if there is availability. For the price, you can stay at a nicer hotel in a better location with better amenities and service.

Clean room, Quiet room and Great Resturant, where the food was finally severed hot.

Was a good experience, we just stay for one night and maybe the pool area cold be better

Second stay for me at this place. Great location, near the airport, downtown, border, very clean facility with simple although elegant decorations. This was my wife's first visit here, and she was delighted and wants to go back again. The only check-minus is that the restaurant was not operating during our stay, but there are several awesome restaurants at walking distance. Great place at great price.

The hotel is just fine, only the restaurant that is located inside the hotel is not running by the hotel,i did not like the food.

everything was excellent good service good price and good location

I have stayed here before and satisfactory results but this time was a disaster and my last. Even though the hotel was practically empty they chose to put me in a room at the far end of the corridor right next a car and the car wash's load equipment would cycle on and off all night. I got this same room two visit in a row. But that I could live with. What I could live with was NO INTERNET. The front desk told me that they were working on the problem but after two hours I checked out. The front desk clerk [...] admitted that the Internet had been down for at least two days. This is billed as a business hotel. How can a business hotel not have Internet for days and days? They lost my business for good. I moved to the Fiesta Inn and was very happy. [...]

Room location might have been the problem because noise from cars, trucks, and police sirens made for a sleepless night. The room was 125. It faced Avenida de Lara where it intersects with Paseo Colon; both very busy roads. Arrived late and went directly to bed. Fell asleep only be woken-up. If we had guessed it would go on all night we would have asked for different room. It's a shame because it was an acceptable Hotel in all other respects.

The hotel colon was well kept and convieniently located, the staff was very friendly and helpfull. The on site resturant was comfortable and the food was great. The shower was huge with the shower head comming out of the ceiling. The closets were quite nice and a suitcase stand was provided.
