The hotel looks clean,room as well,the only thing I didn’t like about the actual room was that the chair in the room had some food crumbs on it like it wasn’t clean enough and one of the towels had a hole on it but overall the room was clean,the bathroom as well and I like that they use dove brand as soap and body wash which is a plus since most hotels use a generic brand that smells the same,other thing I didn’t like was the lack of customer service skills from the front desk workers at night

We loved this hotel. We were given a welcome drink of sparkling wine. In the evenings, hot cider and snacks were put out in the lounge/reception area. The room was spacious and the breakfasts were good. It was within easy walking distance of the sights in the oldest part of the city.

Convenient Location

Very thoughtfully designed rooms with lots of space for luggage and plenty of shelving/storage. Many of the reception desk staff tend to be indifferent, but efficient. Breakfast spread is excellent. Our room however was uncomfortablly warm (27⁰C) as the windows don't open and we were told that the A/C system is shut off towards the end of September, regardless of weather conditions - so we had no way to cool the room. I think this is unacceptable in a hotel at this price point. Have stayed here a few times but will consider other options going forward.

We had dinner at the property. The gentleman who took and delivered our order we remembered from previous visits . He suggested the special of the evening and a Caesar Salad, both to share. It wad a perfect meal. Service was prompt but unobtrusive. The shuttle worked as promised, departed on time and got us to our terminal promptly. The room was clean and quiet. This is a five-star property.

The staff is amazing.We arrived very early in the hotel & was able to check-in 4.5 hours ahead of check-in time. We only waited 30 minutes for our room to be prepared. Hotel site is very accessible to go to the city.Every 5 minutes a bus from airport pass through to the place where to get subway train to go city. Highly recommended 👍
