Incredible Cozy Cabin
There are so many wonderful things I can say about this cabin and our experience there. If however, you are one who won't read past the first few sentences, then just hit the book button and get on with the fun. For everyone else, here are some further thoughts. Whenever I sent a text it was answered quickly and completely; Bryan, our host, was great. The pictures don't do justice to the surrounding outdoors or inside. The layout and furnishings at the cabin were perfect to accommodate a small family or two couples. It was cozy, comfortable, and a perfect place in time. We ate out once in 7 days and had everything we needed at the cabin to cook and enjoy our time. If your idea of the perfect place from which to base your outdoor adventures is a cabin in the woods with nothing visible for 360 degrees, you've just found it. In the morning or evening, all you see are huge trees surrounding you, towering over you and bursting with the melody of birds. There's even a nest with eggs outside the livingroom window. At night the skies are awash with stars that only show off in a dark sky area. There are more hiking trails than I could count, the Clark Fork River runs nearby, and Riza's in Trout Creek rents (at a more than fair price) any water toy you'd want, 406.242.0445. Explore the many forest access roads or sit back, read, relax and breathe. Peace, quiet and outdoor adventures await. You will love every minute here and wish you had made more time for your visit.
