Numerous windows and patio doors let in a lot of light, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. During the day, relax on the sun loungers by the pool and jump into the water whenever you want to cool off. Spend beautiful evenings on the large terrace and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. The nearest pebble beach is only a 3-minute drive away. Villa Mattia consists of 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite. The spacious living room is elegantly connected to the outdoor terrace and pool, as well as to the kitchen and dining room, which are well equipped. A washing machine and a dryer are available for guests.Here, visit the historic town of Novigrad, which is definitely worth a visit. Enjoy local specialties in one of the many Istrian taverns and restaurants.
