The house is spread over two floors and is ideal for families.The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for six, a spacious living room with direct views of the pool and terrace, a room with a sofa bed for two guests, and a bathroom. From the living room, guests have access to the outdoor terrace with garden furniture, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. An outdoor barbecue is also available.On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with double beds, a shared bathroom, and a balcony with table and chairs offering a lovely view of Novigrad.Guests have access to a 21 m² private swimming pool, available exclusively for private use during their stay.The house is fully fenced and includes one free private parking space.Villa Esmeralda provides everything you need for a perfect summer holiday in Istria.Important notes:Groups of young people under 26 years of age are not allowed.Villa Esmeralda and Villa Esmeralda II are rented separately; group bookings are not permitted.NOTE: New houses have been built in front of and next to Villas Esmeralda and Esmeralda II, which has changed the surroundings compared to the existing photos.
