On the ground floor you will find a beautifully furnished living room and dining room, as well as a sophisticated kitchen, perfectly designed for preparing delicious meals or for drinking the first morning coffee. On the ground floor there is one of the three bedrooms with its own bathroom. On the first floor, there are three remaining bedrooms, each with a bathroom, as well as a sauna for real spa pleasure, and a jacuzzi that is located on the terrace on the first floor and has a beautiful view of the surroundings.On top of this, there is a wine fridge at your disposal to enjoy a glass of excellent Istrian drops while lying on deckchairs by the pool and large green areas perfect for children to play or run around.It is possible to heat the large pool in the pre- and post-season for an extra charge.The villa has naturally covered parking inside the courtyard for 2 cars.
