To the closest beach is 650 m, to the public beach 2 km and 1.5 km to a grocery shop, the local marketplace, coffee shops and restaurants.

You can explore 150 km of marked walking and hiking trails in Paklenica, underground caves, hundreds of kilometers of bike trails, jeep safari through mountain areas, Zrmanja river with its perfectly clear water, spectacular canyon, and magnificent waterfalls for exciting adventures from carefree fun in water to kayaking or rafting down the canyon. Boat trips, stand up paddling, fishing, sightseeing or just enjoying the beach are only some of the activities that the region offers. Now it's up to you to choose which one will be the first:)

Novigrad is situated in the middle of a rhomb created by four national parks: 30 km to NP Paklenica, 50 km to NP Kornati, 70 km to NP Krka and 120 km to NP Plitvice Lakes. Distance to Zrmanja river is 40 km, 30 km to the ancient core of the city of Zadar and 22 km to Zadar Airport.

This scenic town surrounded by Novigrad sea, mountain Velebit and pinewoods lays in the middle of a rhomb created by four national parks: 36km to NP Paklenica, 50km to NP Kornati, 70km to NP Krka and 120km to NP Plitvice Lakes. Its prime location and the fact that it is a hidden gem, still undiscovered by most lets you experience local life and enjoy the best that this region has to offer.

After a fun-filled day you will relax in a modern 1-bedroom apartment, located on the first floor of family home Lucija. The apartment features a balcony with a sea view (access through the hall), perfect for breakfast or morning coffee as it is in full shade throughout the morning. The airy interior offers living room with pull out sofa, android TV with Netflix – joy for every child and adults of course:), Wi-Fi throughout the property and fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
Within the bathroom there is a washing machine and a hairdryer.

If you’re coming with small children please let us know so we can prepare a cot, feeding chair, children dishware and many more so you don’t have to pack and bring all of that (we have 6 year old daughter so still have a lot to borrow that you may need for your little ones).

Also for all our guests if you need anything extra that usually isn’t provided in apartments please don’t hesitate to ask us as we live on the ground floor and we’ll happily lend you anything that you need.

The pool, the terrace by the pool and outdoor summer kitchen are shared with guests from 2-bedroom apartment and our family. It’s a great way to get to know fellow guests, share experiences and maybe make some new friendships :)
