Superb 17th-century Provençal mas, fully renovated and just two minutes from the center of Noves village, in the heart of Provence and right next to the Alpilles.



With 300 m² of living space, the house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It features spacious living areas, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, all while preserving the authentic charm of stonework and Provençal architecture.



Outside, enjoy a large, fully fenced and landscaped 2,000 m² garden, shaded by a magnificent century-old plane tree. The property offers a large private heated pool (12 x 6 m), a pool house, and a shaded terrace perfect for outdoor dining.



The mas is set in a peaceful, natural environment, ideally located for exploring the most beautiful villages in the region: Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Eygalières, Gordes, L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and Avignon.



An ideal place to experience the Provençal way of life, surrounded by nature, charming villages, and local traditions.
