I was very pleased with the level of service and the professionalism of the staff. The hotel was lovely! It was clean, with a nice, peaceful atmosphere and friendly people. The food was delicious. I recommend.
My husband and I arrived in Venice Marco Polo airport on a transatlantic flight. We were not keen in staying in Venice as our destination was actually Croatia. We rented a car and had made reservations about 40 minutes away, at Noventa Di Piave, off a major highway. A NOTE: if you rent a car in Italy you may not be able to drive it into Bosnia, Albania, etc.... The Front Desk staff was cordial and checked us in with no problems. The room was handicap-accessible; on the smaller side, but comfortable, clean, free Wi-Fi worked great in the room. The breakfast (included) was above average. In the evening we walked to the designer outlets, an easy 10 minute walk. Overall, good, comfortable stay.
We got a room with sofa bed. Room is clean but small. Breakfast was forgettable. The receptionist was helpful and spoke fluent English. The mcarthur glen designer outlet is about 10 mins walk away. Good for those intend to go bargain shopping
We have stayed here for a couple of times but this time we were dissapointed! We have received the smallest room i 've ever seen in a 4 star hotel! Walls in the room dirty and for sure need some fresh paint! Staff grumpy and tired! 😔
The staff is very friendly, their English is very good, so it is not a problem if you do not speak Italian. Rooms are clean and the baby bed was in a very good condition (not like in some other hotels we stayed in). Breakfast was excellent.
Really lovely hotel and attentive staff, the receptionists are helpful. We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were very clean. Even hallways are fresh and clean . Rooms are well serviced. we had a really comfortable stay.

Rooms are OK and WIFI is fast.! The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. The receptionists are helpful! This hotel is very near to the big outlet shopping mall. It is very clean! Very good coffee...
Very nice hotel, conveniently located halfway to our skiing destination, near sweet designer outlet. Good breakfast, very good coffee, comfortable tripple room.Comfortable bed. Nice garage. Helping staff! The pool was frozen:)
I spent two nights at Omnia hotel, as a member of touristic group (the trip was arranged by Croatian touristic agency). The place is clean, rooms are spacious enoguh and quite comfortable, but some details show a certain superficial and negligent aproach towards guests For instance, there is no recyle bin in the room, but only one (too small, by the way) in the bathroom. The breakfast (buffet) was poor and without a real taste, in the region famous for its orhards of apricots and peaches we got a few not quite fresh apples - and that was all about fruits. Bread was okay, but certainly not homemade. Fried eggs was kinda artificial, as if they had nothing to do with any chicken - ever - and overdone. And for the record: there is no free wi-fi in the hotel rooms, you should pay for the wi-fi service one euro per hour, on the spot - I mean, in advance, at the reception desk. I can say practically nothing about the personnel, we haven't exchanged more than five words; I'd say that the young lady at the reception speaks English and she didn't seem to be unkind. But the lady in the hall "Venezia", where the breakfast was served, seemed as if she speaks nothing but the local Italian dialect. She wasn't rude or something, she even smiled from time to time, but on the second day we were forced to end our breakfast in a hurry, because the lady was reminding us - every now and then - that they need the hall for the next group (at least, that is how a man from our group translated her words). Four stars? In Croatia - not in a million years.
