Modern Villas, completed in 2018, are perfectly situated as they are right between the Zrce Beach and the center of Novalja.
Each Villa can accommodate up to 39 people and has spacious apartments with terraces and deluxe double rooms with balconies. Every unit is designed for your relaxation and comfort.
Each Villa has its pool and a sun terrace with loungers that are available for guests to use while enjoying the day in the sun. Supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops to the famous Zrce beach are within 3-minute walking distance while the nearest beach is just a 15-minute walk from the property. Private parking is available for all guests.
VIlla has outdoor video surveillance for security reasons.
