Gîte adjoining the owners' house. Independent access, private parking in the street in front of the entrance to the gîte. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, lounge (1 sofa convertible into a double bed 140 x 190 cm). Fully equipped integrated kitchen. Private terrace. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) with sheets included and bed made on arrival. A bathroom (shower), towels included. Separate WC. In the heart of the village of Novalaise, ideally located to enjoy daily shops and services on foot. Just 4 km from Lake Aiguebelette, pleasant cottage designed in a cocooning spirit for 2 to 4 people. Private south-facing terrace with open views. Gîte located in a charming village typical of the Savoyard Avant-Pays, a region of wooded valleys, hills, rivers and vineyards, between the Chartreuse massif and the Rhône. 21 km from Chambéry (historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy, city of Art and History), 25 km from Lac du Bourget and a few steps from Lac d'Aiguebelette and its beaches (many water activities to do on site ). Canoeing and kayaking possible on the Guiers and the Vieux Rhône. Walks and marked trails near the cottage and hikes in the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park. Mountain bike and cycling routes nearby. In Yenne is the Véloroute Léman-Mediterranean cycle path.
